Top Personnel was established in 1975 to meet the permanent and temporary resourcing demands of Jersey's rapidly expanding finance industry. Since then TP has grown with the industry and developed to respond to its changing requirements, and has expanded its business to service the needs of clients in the commercial sector and beyond.
