MyIndex provides a free UK business directory. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Business data is sourced from public records and user submissions. Always verify contact details independently before engaging a business.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Business listings

You may only claim a listing for a business you genuinely represent. Claiming a listing you are not authorised to represent, or submitting false information, may result in your account being suspended and the claim being reverted.

Submitted content (descriptions, hours, etc.) must be accurate and must not contain: misleading claims, offensive language, spam, or links to unrelated websites.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use MyIndex to: scrape or harvest data, attempt to circumvent security measures, submit automated requests, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The MyIndex brand, design, and software are owned by CentraServe Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the site without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

MyIndex is provided "as is". CentraServe Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the directory or reliance on any listing information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
