TEFL Scotland classroom courses are designed to be fun, practical and fast-paced introduction to the methodology of TEFL. On out courses, you'll find a friendly group of fellow students from a variety of backgrounds and will be trained by a knowledgeable and experienced tutor well-placed ti answer your questions about TEFL. You will learn through activities and practice rather than by note taking, be out in the shoes of an English student in a foreign language lesson and get to put all you've learned into practice by teaching your very own class on each day of the course. TEFL Scotland runs both weekend and weekday classroom TEFL courses allowing anyone the opportunity to sign up for an exciting and active course.

Qualifications

To make sure we offer the best possible training and service, we have sought out external accreditation from a number of national bodies so that you can have full confidence in your TEFL course.
TEFL Scotland is an Approved Centre of the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority).The SQA is the national body for examinations and certificates in Scotland and their approval shows that out courses meet high standards in training.
We are accredited by the ODLQC (Open and Distance and Learning Quality Council), which was created by the government to enhance and monitor quality in education and training. TEFL Scotland is also accredited by the NCFE, a national awards organisation with the aim of advancing standards in education and training.
We are also members of various business and educational institutions including IATEFL (International Association of TEFL), SATEFL (Scottish Association of TEFL) and Cleverness Chamber of Commerce.
