St. Vincent House is a grade 2 listed Georgian Guest House with 6 en-suite bedrooms, offering comfortable and stylish accomodation in the heart of Exmoor National Park in Lynton, North Devon.
Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
St. Vincent House is fully licensed and is open all year.
Services
The accomodation consists of 6 en-suite rooms; doubles, (one ground floor),kingsize, superkings or twin beds. Breakfast and optional evening meals are served in the attractive dining room and the cosy residents' lounge has a wood burning stove for chilly evenings. Cream teas and snacks are served to non-residnets in the garden during the warmer months.
St. Vincent House is open to non-resident for evening meals at selected times, usually weekends.
Qualifications
St. Vincent House is under new ownership so is awaiting a rating from the Quality Standards for AA recognised Guest Accomodation. It is anticipated that the rating will match the previously held 4 stars.
