A welcoming and luxurious B&B, situated in the charming small town of Kinross, close to Loch Leven and the beautiful Perth and Kinross countryside.
We are proud to hold the Green Tourism Gold award and also be Cittaslow Perth supporters.
We provide an extensive breakfast menu, using the finest local, seasonal produce wherever possible, including eggs from our own free range chickens. All our bread and preserves are home made including Marmalade with Tayside whisky, Perthshire Strawberry and Geranium Jam and Lemon Curd. Dinners, following the same criteria can be provided on request, if pre ordered.
