Reading CROSSROADS is a registered charity involved in Caring for Carers. We provide trained carer support workers to give you - the carer a break from the caring role. Our carer support workers will come to your home and relieve you of as many of the caring duties that you - and the person being cared for - may wish. The length of break that you can have will be discussed with you when our Senior Support Worker makes an initial visit to you
