At Physis Health & Wellbeing we have a team of therapists who offer a range of therapies including:

counselling & psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching, acupuncture, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, ear candling, homeopathy, massage, reflexology, reiki and shiatsu; as well as a range of holistic workshops/training courses.

We are easily accessible from most areas of Leeds, but particularly the North Leeds areas of Adel, Bramhope, Cookridge, Chapel Allerton, Headingley and Horsforth. the number 1 and X84 services from Leeds stop directly outside of the centre and we have onsite parking for those traveling by private transport methods.
