All the body is covered (except for personal areas), it is the perfect massage for someone who does a lot of sport and needs to unwind or equally family who have busy days between work and home life, carrying shopping back and forth, and picking up small children a lot.
All massages are done on a professional couch, in a cosy, relaxing preheated room and a light base grape seed oil is used with essential oils that I try to adjust to individual preference and appropriateness for the treatment.
Herbal teas or water is offered at the start or end to try and aid the toxins that come out of the body faster, people are advised not to drink after a massage.

I work within the massage and personal development sector, helping people to come out of their shell and utilise their skills to empower themselves and achieve positive goals in their life, as well as provide massage to those who want to come to relax and get away from the general daily stresses of life or others who are experiencing much discomfort and hope to ease the tension away through massage and the opportunity to relax in bohemian surroundings.
Clients are able to inquire about pictures that have been done on the walls and request commissions for similar unique pieces as an extension from my massage business is my art for which I have studied at art degree level in the subject.
