New ReGym is a personal training service dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle.I am a fully qualified personal trainer with over 17 years experience and I specialise in weight loss and body toning in a positive, friendly and non judgemental environment. I offer complete privacy in a fully equipped, professional gym within the beautiful surroundings of The British Racing School. Sessions are always private but it is possible to train with a friend, partner, small group or even with your children. (from 10 years onwards)
