We’re a fresh new health & fitness company that currently specialises in a variety of Zumba classes catering for a wide range of ages and abilities. We offer Zumba fitness; the Latin-inspired, high energy fitness class and Zumba Gold which is a more gentle, low-impact version of Zumba catering for the older generation, those with medical conditions and mobility restrictions and for those new to Zumba or anyone who just wants something a little more gentle. We also offer a very unique Zumba in the circuit class which combines whole body toning/conditioning with the Latin-inspired moves of Zumba in a fun circuit workout.
We always encourage everyone to workout at their own pace and make having fun a priority.
