Here at Carrington Riding Centre, Chantal Koenen a dutch born and fully
qualified RYT®s Yoga instructor is now available to provide 4 types of yoga that are suitable for every level and is an excellent way for beginners to experience the benefits of yoga. Chantal can teach the basics of yoga and at the same time she can develop a personal sequence for individuals based on their personal needs. The 4 different types of yoga available are: Hatha Yoga / Vinyasa Yoga /Ashtanga Yoga / Horseback Yoga
