I teach several classes in Luton, all classes are limited in numbers bringing maximum results in minimum time as every person has tuition for their personal ability. My classes ensure that you will find your strength and weaknesses and target them specifically. Classes are physically demanding while maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere for you to enjoy.
