At helping hands, we organize our home carers into small location-specific teams. This means better continuity of home care, is more cost efficient, and ensures your carers know the area you live in well.
Our helping hands staff are ‘On Time Guarantee’ means that if we’re more than 15 minutes late, and we haven’t explained why, you’ll get the call free.
If we introduce a new carer to your home care plan, we promise a member of the helping hands Home Care team that you know well and trust will introduce them to you.
At helping hands, we’re able to offer specialist dementia home care, implemented by our Specialist Dementia Care team. Headed up by martin turner, who has over 10 years experience in dementia care, our dedicated team is able to provide care that is closely tailored to your specific needs.
