Bond Living Solutions is a Lincolnshire based company specialising in elderly home conversions. We offer home assessments and affordable renovation services to the residents of the county.
Our aim is to adapt and enhance the home, accommodating the changing needs of the consumer. To create an environment that is sympathetic to variances in mobility, vision, hearing, olfaction and manual dexterity of the client.

The key element of any successful renovation is the initial evaluation of the clients needs. It is important to fully understand the physical, social and environmental demands that are being placed on the individual. By encouraging our clients to discuss their daily routine we can identify any day-to-day difficulties they may face.
Following this assessment we can make appropriate recommendations. It may be necessary on occasion to tweak these modifications to better fit the individuals specific needs. We will also conduct a follow up visit to ensure the adaptations are fully suited and are being effectively utilised.
