Health Zone has a very successful complimentary clinic located at the Health Zone store in Wimbledon, South West London. The clinic is a peaceful haven from the stresses of everyday life. The therapists are all extremely well – qualified and experienced, offering a wide range of alternative treatments. These include various types of massage, such as aromatherapy using essential oils, Indian head massage, reiki, sports and deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage and manual lymphatic drainage to stimulate lymph function. In addition, we offer treatments such as osteopathy, reflexology, which applies deep acupressure to the reflex points in the feet for a number of disorders, acupuncture and cupping.

The Health Zone web site is a secured site offering a wide range of services incorporating the sale and delivery of the highest quality brands and products including natural, organic, vegetarian and vegan food (together with specialist dietary requirements such as wheat, gluten and dairy free). As well as food, we offer vitamin and mineral supplements, herbal and homeopathic remedies, natural and bio-dynamic beauty, body and skin care products and sports nutrition. We also stock books ranging from cancer and diabetes to weight loss and control, spiritual health and even recipes. In addition we have a number of yoga and Pilates equipment, DVD’s and relaxation CD’s.
