Amanda, a British Acupuncture Council registered acupuncturist, runs a busy acupuncture clinic located in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in Whalley Range, South Manchester. The Manchester based clinic which services patients from Manchester City Centre, Whalley Range, Chorlton & surrounding South Manchester locations, offers a welcoming and peaceful environment, where great importance is placed on the patient's comfort and relaxation. Amanda has a special interest in the area of fertility acupuncture and she is fully trained and conversant with using a wide range of traditional Chinese practices, such as acupressure, cupping, auricular acupuncture and moxibustion. She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training including acupuncture in obstetrics, management of male and female fertility, and musculo-skeletal conditions. She has also trained in cosmetic acupuncture under Virginia Doran, who is a renowned international specialist in this field.
All treatments administered by Amanda in her Manchester clinic conform to the British Acupuncture Council's registration standards and she abides by their strict codes of hygiene and professional requirements. Amanda's Manchester clinic has been inspected and approved by Manchester City Council's Environmental Health, Food & Epidemiology Department for the practice of acupuncture.
