"I was very overweight and feeling very depressed with how i looked and felt. I realised things weren’t going well when i was playing with my children on the park and all of a sudden i felt dizzy and very sick. This is the time when i realised that i needed to get into shape and sort my life out. I was recommended to elite fitness by a colleague of mine from work who had undertaken some training with them. I gave elite fitness a call and set a date for a free 30 minute consultation. At first i was very nervous as i didn’t know what to expect in this meeting. Upon meeting elite fitness i felt at ease straight during the meeting we discussed goals for the future. They gave me a health and nutritional analysis this was very interesting and it showed me how much i had let myself go. During the time i have trained with elite fitness i have lost 3 stone and am feeling great and starting to look the way i want to. Elite fitness personal training sessions are always intense but fun at the same time. Each week we do something different and this prevent me from getting bored of the same exercises and routines. I would highly recommend elite fitness to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer in the derby area"
