Counselling and therapy is a London-based counselling practice, helping adults, children and groups. It was set-up by Al Chester in response to the UK's economic downturn in 2009. We offer counselling from our comfortable and discreet suites in several locations across London. We pride ourselves on having an experienced and diverse team, some of the issues we've helped people with include: Couples counselling, stress, anxiety, depression, alcohol and addictions, relationships, sexuality, anger management, work-placed bullying.
All our counsellors are members of the British Association Of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
