Business Description

Arland Counselling offers affordable counselling to individuals and couples, and staff counselling to organisations, in the Altrincham, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside area.
Pam Arland is a fully qualified counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) who provides effective counselling to tackle depression and anxiety resulting from a wide range of problems.
Appointments are available on weekdays in the daytime, in the evenings and at weekends and the new client(s) will usually get their first appointment within one week of contacting Pam.
All private clients receive a discount card which entitles them to every 6th session free


Business Services
Arland Counselling provides businesses and private clients with a professional counselling service in a warm, comfortable counselling room in a discreet location in central Altrincham, within easy reach of the M56, A556 and A56 and also the bus/tram and railway station. Staff Counselling can be provided on company premises. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water are free.
The service offers not only relief from low mood or stress, but also the chance to step outside of your everyday life in order to find some perspective and to identify what you really want out of life or your relationship.
Clients may bring any issue. Typical examples are: domestic abuse, violence, anger management, bereavement, disability, relationships of any sexual orientation (including couples working towards separation), self harm, sex related issues, stress and work related issues.

Business Products
The service delivers a range of counselling packages that are designed to meet the differing needs of individual clients and/or couples or family members from age 17. It also provide staff counselling for clients in organisations. The packages are flexible for private clients, and are more structured for staff in organisations, making them appropriate for a wide range of clients, and they are available at the Arland Counselling practice in central Altrincham or, if required, on site for organisations.
Pam Arland is fully insured to work both at the Arland CounseIling practice and on organisation premises.
Where Pam doesn't have the appropriate qualifications and experience to work with a client, she will find another service to refer them to.
