No matter what you may need counselling or therapy for; anxiety, depression or relationship problems, alcohol addiction, smoking addiction, terminal illness counselling; I believe the humanistic approach which is to be empathic, genuine, honest and provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore the issues affecting you, while discovering your inner resources is the best way I can help you heal.
