Zara Allebone - Virtual Assistant was formed in June 2013, to help business owners free up time by completing admin work from my own office space. My name is Zara and I am the sole worker for Zara Allebone - Virtual Assistant. I work to an hourly rate of £17 per hour and work on an 'as and when needed' basis, so there is no need for long term employment contracts. You only pay for the hours I work, which saves you money in the long run.

I offer general secretarial work including word processing, form development, email management and transcribing.
I also offer Personal Assistant work including, Diary management, travel arrangements and meeting arrangements.
I also help with marketing such as social media management, newsletter development, basic website design and email campaigns.
I can also manage invoices, basic book keeping, policy writing and reviewing, employee questions and handbooks.
