William & Victoria is a family run restaurant and wine bar serving traditional British food in the heart of Harrogate. Owned and run by the Straker family for over 30 years, you are assured a warm welcome from David and his team whenever you visit. William & Victoria has developed a reputation for great food served in a relaxed and unfussy style, using locally sourced ingredients.
The upstairs restaurant is elegantly furnished and menus fine tuned, making it ideal for that special occasion, whereas our downstairs busy ‘bistro style’ wine bar serves many British classics in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant menu offers the best of British classics, including the full range of steaks, seasonal game and exquisite fish dishes, sourced from our dedicated local suppliers. Our four course set menu provides excellent value over a mouth-watering range of dishes. We also offer a very popular early bird menu from 6pm to 7.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6pm to 7pm Friday and Saturday – ideal if you have theatre tickets or have had a busy day shopping or in the office.
