We offer FIVE exceptional Self Catering Holiday Cottages and Country House Bed & Breakfast (B&B) accommodation near Abersoch in a delightful and unique setting, with every attention paid to your comfort and enjoyment for your vacation or holiday. We are pet friendly, offer free wi-fi, have ample parking for your cars and boats. Unlike many other self catering holiday cottages in the area (booked through Agencies), these cottages are our business and not second homes, we do all the cleaning and maintenance to ensure that they are of the highest standards and we are on site to help and advise on activities, walks, pubs, restaurants etc in the area as well as sorting out any niggles you may have as quickly as possible, after all your holiday is of paramount importance to us.

"I have been to wern fawr manor farm both with my partner and also with family and would highly recommend this place for couples and groups alike. Both the rooms in the main house and the holiday cottages are immaculate and have everything you would need for a short break or holiday. The views and grounds are beautiful with wildlife and woodland walks literally on the doorstep. When we went there last time there was a family of friendly ducks and chickens which were free to walk around the grounds. If you choose the bed and breakfast option you will not be disappointed by the delicious local produce, some of which comes from the farm itself. They had delicious red mustard sauce to go with the scrumptious sausages and a home made blueberry jam, made with fruit from the farm, to go on toast. The service is excellent as the hosts are friendly, approachable and nothing ever too much hassle. When we returned from dinner in the evening the room had been turned down; the lighting had been softened, the room made cosy and warm and the bed was prepared for the night. We thought this was a lovely touch. The location of this farm is also ideal as there are local pubs, restaurants and beaches to go to. The town of pwllheli is also only a few miles away. I definitely plan to return there in 2012 for a longer stay."
"This was our third stay at wern fawr manor farm. The standards at the cottage have remained equally high since the first time we went. The accommodation is built to a high standard and well maintained and still feels "fresh". We just keep having the most magical holidays in this amazing property - everything is more than you can ever ask for! Nestled in its own grounds and woodlands we enjoy a real taste of the countryside, with ducks, geese and guineafowl roaming freely around the property. Topped off with long relaxing walks thru the properties own woodlands and down to the beach. The property is full of character, very comfortable and well equipped with every necessity and lots of nice luxury touches too. We are already planning our next visit!!!"
