With 2 dedicated teams overseeing your corporate events, and corporate accommodation, you receive excellent service and advice.
Our primary role is assist your company in negotiating rates and quality venues across the globe to host your corporate events. From boardroom meetings, to training days, residential events, and larger volumes of bedroom bookings, we have the now how, the skills and the dedication to get you the best deals.

tobook is a free venue finding and accommodation booking service for Corporate clients.
We work with a number of blue chip companies as well as many smaller businesses. We welcome any enquiry no matter the size or frequency.
Our 2 dedicated teams undergo continuous development to ensure the advice they give is valuable to the current market place for Meetings & Events and Accommodation.
For those who prefer not to, we don't contract our clients therefore no obligation to use our services, although we believe you will find it hard to find a more customer driven Booking Service out there!

Karen Guile the owner/Director of tobook is greatly supported by our Operations Manager - Chris, Client Relationship Manager - Joann Holmes, Office Supervisor and Meetings Team Leader - Tom Hodge, Venue Specialists: Suzanne Bargewell works alongside Tom on all Meetings & Event enquiries and Jessica Biddle and Farrah Gibson are our Accommodation Specialists.
