About
The Phil Dando Band is an experienced, eight piece, band, which has a large, varied and unique music library. Formed in 1992, it plays lively, 1920's New Orleans style jazz, big band and Rat Pack swing from the forties to the fifties, classic pops from the sixties right through to the current day. Ballroom dance and Latin are included and even a bit of Rock and Roll! The band has both male and female vocalists. A close harmony vocal group is a feature. Weddings are a speciality but the band is ideal for any dance event where a traditional style function band can be used. Corporate events, dinner dance, ballroom, park concerts, parties, and theatre work, are all within the band’s capabilities.
