I use Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy with individuals and Imago Relationship therapy with couples.
I work with straight, gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals and couples. I have trained with Pink Therapy to understand the issues that sexual minority clients bring to me more deeply and as a gay affirmative therapist value all of my clients regardless of their sexual orientation. I enjoy working with men and women and have much experience with a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, jealousy, issues around sexuality and low mood.
I am the only Certified Imago Relationship Therapist in the North of England. I work with couples on a weekly basis to transform relationships and bring connection and closeness.
I work with organisations and educational establishments to improve interpersonal relationships and help teams become more effective. This work is based on Functional Fluency, for which I am a licensed provider.
