We will include to all rooms + conservatory:-
Wood floors dusted/swept - cleaned as appropriate for wood type
Laminate floors dusted/swept / cleaned as appropriate
Carpets vacuumed *(carpet cleaning will be quoted for separately)
Vinyl floorings washed
All internal woodwork to doors, door frames, skirting boards, dado rails, picture rails, window frames and ledges/sills
Cobwebs removed
Coving/Cornicing - dusted
Light fittings to ceilings & walls will be dusted, de-greased or polished depending on the type.
Extractor fans
Electric sockets and switches - finger and drip marks wiped away
Radiators
Night Storage / Electric heaters
Wall mounted shelving - dusted/wiped clean
Fireplaces
Curtain rails/poles dusted
Window cleaning - internal aspect
Window furniture wiped clean of finger marks
Window frames - internal aspect - top surface mould residue to seals removed
Exterior doors will be cleaned inside to include patio and french style
Venetian blinds - (rust will not be removed from metal style)
All Material style blinds - dust the material
Minor mould showing will be removed to painted walls/ceilings

Please Note:
Furnished properties will be quoted accordingly to take into account the moving of furniture/contents and for cleaning of furniture and or its contents/items as required.
Kitchen/Utility Room Cleans will incorporate:-
Units - base & eye level + larder cupboards
Unit handles - finger prints wiped clean
Carousel units - shelving washed
Wall unit tops & cornicing - de-greased
Drawers cleaned inside and out to include utensil tray
Wine rack/unit
Sink unit - cleaned with correct solutions and cloths, no abrasive materials used
Taps + descaler solution used to spouts
Worktops washed + sanitised
Solid Wood Block worktops cleaned appropriately *(for an extra cost can be oiled to leave)
Bin - washed inside and out - disinfectant finish
Please note:
Furnished properties will be quoted accordingly to remove items from units/drawers to clean and then replace.
Appliances:-
Refrigerators - removing shelving and compartments to wash and replace
Freezers (need to be defrosted for full benefit) - will remove shelving and compartments to wash and replace
Washing machine to include taking out detergent tray and removing soap residue and mould
Dishwashers cleaned inside and out - * (if pre-ordered will be switched on empty with cleaning solution)
Tumble dryer wiped clean and fluff build up on filter removed
Microwave oven
Cooker hoods cleaned - built in filters removed and degreased and replaced - *(fibre filters if pre-ordered can be fitted)
Gas Hobs - will be surface cleaned *(if ground in grease/burnt markings a professional clean will be required)
Electric/ceramic/induction etc. hobs will be cleaned with appropriate materials/solutions
Ovens (all styles) - single/double / built in or freestanding - will be cleaned outside and inside *(professional oven clean may be required if heavy soiled inside)
Bathroom / Showroom / En-suite / W/C rooms will incorporate:-
Bath & Panel
Sink units
Sink tops/cupboards
Tap units - descaler solution used to spouts
Sealant - if mould spores evident a mould solution will be applied (this may not however eradicate all the mould if deeply imbedded)
Toilet bowl inside and out & sanitised
Toilet seat & sanitised
Shower hose
Shower head
Shower cubicles - panels/doors and tray *(frames that are in a poor condition with erosion/scaling - we will endeavour to clean to the best outcome)
Wall mounted fittings - wiped or dusted
(wet room facilities will be steam cleaned)
Exterior will incorporate:-
Garage facilities (if empty) - floor swept
Patio Paved Areas - swept (tidied) *(Jet wash can be carried out if pre-booked)
Decking - swept + light moss removed
Shed - if empty will be swept out
Lawn areas - will pick up and dispose of visible lose litter
Rubbish - * (separate rubbish removal quotes can be requested) - tenants are responsible to remove all rubbish
Outbuildings will only be factored into the clean if requested and incorporated into the initial quote.

Where there is an asterix (*) may result in an extra cost on top of the standard deep clean service.
