I am a professional hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is an effective complimentary therapy. It can be used for anxiety symptoms, depression, migraine, irritable bowel, low self esteem, weight loss, smoking cessation and much much more. I have a back ground in psychiatry. I take a holistic approach to hypnotherapy and focus on the connection between mind and body.

Business Services
I offer one to one hypnotherapy, relaxation and stress management sessions. I also run a weekly relaxation group. I can come into businesses and run relaxation and mindfulness workshops for staff. I offer a one session smoking cessation package.

I can provide follow up recordings to use between sessions.

Business Qualifications
I have a Chrysalis diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills. I also have a Medical Degree.
