A quick introduction - Suncastle Ltd is a company formed by experienced UK estate agents and we strive to help clients find properties in some of the more interesting and real overseas locations such as the Languedoc region of the South of France, inland Andalucia in Spain, Abruzzo in Italy all offering the same sort of rural traditional living and a true taste of the country and at a fraction of the cost of more well known regions and coastal resorts.

We guarantee no hard sell which is perhaps why we are still a small company where you deal with the directors here in the UK and experienced licensed English speaking agents overseas.

We aim to help clients find properties to buy in the wonderful Languedoc region of South West France. We can help with holiday homes, lifestyle change properties and even buy-to-let investments.

We offer a full range of properties from leisure land, studio apartments, magnificent chateaux to design and build projects. We have even listed a private island off Sardinia and a house with a 100 seat theatre so if you know what you want don't be afraid to tell us.
