The Square Lemon Training Company was set up to inspire and motivate people who work within the care, hospitality and catering sectors and ultimately to help protect the general public, residents and service users. The company aims to allow business owners or other busy managers to focus on development, growth or important work related tasks, safe in the knowledge that necessary measures and standards have been met.
Our training style is VERY different. Our accredited courses are fully compliant, but it’s how we achieve those crucial outcomes that sets us apart. We interpret OFQUAL objectives in ways that fully engage learners.
