Sort My Life Solutions (Smyls) was set up to provide a unique solution to an unaddressed problem. While there are services and support for people undergoing alcohol and drug addiction, bereavement, divorce, mental health problems, redundancy and illness, there is very little to help them when they are in recovery.

People usually feel very lost when they have come to the end of the battle, and don't know which way to turn next. Smyls helps people recovering from major life issues find their way again and go on to create amazing lives and become who they were always meant to be.

My name's Beth Burgess and I'm the founder of Sort My Life Solutions (Smyls) Recovery Coaching. My philosophy in life is that we can use our setbacks as springboards and create a better life than before we had our challenges. I believe there is a solution to everything. I walk my talk, having come from as far back as anyone to create my own amazing life and become the person I was always meant to be - and I've created my own system in order to help others achieve the same thing.

I've coached everyone from businessmen to ex-offenders to drug addicts to other coaches and helped them to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

I specialise in helping people who are leaving rehab or treatment programs.
