Smooth Lettings Ltd is a newly formed lettings agent created by local Landlords and Tenants to combat the ever rising fees charged by most agency's. Between us we have over 30 years experience in customer service and are committed to bringing the high standards of service we have been providing for many years to the lettings sector.
Services
Being office based and not High Street based, we are able to offer significant savings to both sets of clients. We offer 3 simple services.
Our Silver service, a flat finders fee at 35% of the first month rental income regardless of whether your property is managed or just a tenant found.
A Gold service fully managed at just 5% inclusive of VAT of your monthly rental income.
Unique to Smooth Lettings Ltd, A Platinum service fully managed at just 10% inclusive of VAT and includes a subscription through us to have comprehensive emergency cover through British Gas.. This means as a landlord, you will have no hidden expenses.
In keeping with our clear pricing we only charge our potential tenants a one off fee of £50 for there application,credit checks and reference checks. Significantly reducing the high rates that most agency's charge tenants.
