Business Qualifications
In 2001 we were the first practice in the UK to be officially awarded the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme plaque as recognition of our commitment to provide dental services to nationally recognised best practice standards.
Again in 2002 we were one of the first practices in Sussex to achieve Investors In People status. This is a nationally set level of personnel skills and practising procedures overseen by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills that an accredited organisation has to meet. This helps us to meet all our performance targets in delivering quality dental care.
In 2010, Smilecare was one of the first dental practices in the UK to be accepted onto the IHAS Register. The award of the IHAS Quality Assurance Mark is a further indication of our commitment to high standards and best practise, especially in the delivery of cosmetic facial enhancements.

As a practice that has invested in the advanced equipment and staff skills to treat complex cases, we accept patient referrals from dental colleagues in the area. We also treat an appreciable number of dentists at the practice!
