Shoot Days is a sporting agency that prides itself in being able to offer bespoke quality driven game shooting days for teams of between 6 to 12 guns.

We have a large portfolio of shooting estates both privately owned and commercial, some of which are exclusively for Shootdays guests to choose from.

Offering a wide choice of shooting including high quality pheasant shooting, fast and furious partridge hunting, quality driven Duck, Woodcock and Snipe off the bogs of Ireland, Shootdays have them all.

We are able to cater for both corporate driven shooting days and syndicate teams. The Shootdays team look forward to sharing their game shooting knowledge and passion with you.

About Shootdays Staff

Shootdays was created in 2007 by its owner and founder Neil Morris after what originally began as a hobby 25 years ago of organizing hunting and shooting days for friends, colleagues and business contacts. Utilising his growing network of shooting estates, Neil learnt from personal experiences on how to recognize good shoots and to ensure this is reflected in his operation.


Neil began driven game shooting in the 1980’s as a gun in a military syndicate whilst still serving. He has since gained experience in both the shooting and game fishing fields all around the world, as far and wide as New Zealand, Iceland, Spain, Scotland, Ireland and of course the home grounds of quality driven game shooting in rural England where we enjoy most of our days

Upon completion of his education he left school to join the Royal Navy in 1982 and then developed a career in sales, In recent years his experience has been further enhanced as a company director in the aviation sector, allowing him scope to travel extensively whilst taking every spare opportunity to
shoot and fish where and whenever he could!


Shootdays is also privileged to have Karen Akehurst on the team, a much loved Keepers daughter and dog trainer of high acclaim. Karen has extensive knowledge, contacts and organization skills and regularly receives many compliments from guests participating in the driven shooting days that she manages.
