Senior Care Solutions @ Home Ltd is a domiciliary care company which provides a quality care service to vulnerable adults and the elderly in their own homes in the London Borough's of Brent, Harrow, Barnet and Ealing. The business was formed in August 2013 and registered with the Care Quality Commission since 18th October 2013. We are a growing business and currently employ 18 people.
Business ServicesWe provide the following care services to our Service Users
Personal Care - Our personal care service is designed to support Service Users with their day to day living, with confidence and independence. We can administer medications or remind the Service User to take the medication or we can help with bathing, showering, grooming, meal preparation, dressing, undressing and other duties.
Night-sleep Service - We can provide a care worker to stay overnight at the Service Users home ensuring they are not alone whilst they sleep or give other care workers or family members a night off from the task.
Working Night Duties - During the night our care worker will remain awake to attend to the Service Users needs throughout the night. The care worker will observe and monitor remaining alert to any disturbances and activities being readily available to provide assistance.
Live-in Care - Is an alternative to residential care, it provides companionship and around the clock care which takes away the risk of living alone but allows you to remain in your own home and familiar surroundings and environment.
End of Life Care - We provide help to those with terminal illness or suffering from incurable condition that has become advanced and progressive to continue living in the comfort of their own homes surrounded by compassionate and supportive care workers.
General Support - We can provide general support to the Service User by managing their mail and calendar, accompanying the Service User to appointments or social events, help with gardening or even doing the shopping.
Business ProductsWe are a customer service based service which helps individuals continue living in their own properties with dignity, respect and independence.
Whatever the extent of your home care needs from a little extra help with domestic chores or shopping, assistance with DIY to personal care, we can provide all the help the Service User needs.
Our care workers are carefully matched to the Service User, taking in to account their preferences, such as culture, language and personal interests.
Business QualificationsWe are a new business and currently have not won any awards. All our care workers are trained and attend all the required mandatory course and internal five day induction training course. Within 2 years all are expected to achieve a minimum of QCF level 2 in social care. Our Registered manager has a diploma at QCF Level 5 leadership and management and all other managers are expected to achieve this within 2 years of joining the company.
Business Staff & ManagementWe have a Nominated Person who is in overall charge and under them we have a Registered Manager who managers the care workers and looks after the care side of the business including Service Users and an Office Manager who looks after the administration side of the business including recruitment, record keeping, HR and finances.
Business ClientsThe business looks after vulnerable adults and the elderly and currently has a elderly client base who require varying amount of assistance.
