At Safety First North West Training Center we help both individuals and companies meet their training needs and comply with their legal requirements.
We have key specialists in practical skills such as building, scaffolding, working at heights and confined spaces… you name it, and we have it covered. Our people boast real work experience, as well as outstanding classroom skills. Our training center has been specially designed and equipped to help recreate aspects of the real world of work. That way, candidates can enjoy a practical hands-on learning experience in a safe environment.
Our training sessions aren't simply geared to sending individuals out with a paper certificate - we make it our duty to show people exactly how they should be operating plant and machinery on site.
And, as you would expect, our courses carry nationally recognized accreditation's. Naturally, your management and safety training requirements are covered too.
If you can’t find the course that’s right for you or your team don’t worry, we can tailor courses to your own unique requirements. In fact, bespoke courses are our Training Academy specialty.
And, as the world of work changes, so too does our Training Academy. We are continually developing new courses to reflect the real world challenges that you face every day.

Here at safety first group we are currently able to access funded four day training courses,
which are currently running at our training centre in bury.
The courses we are currently able to access are:
- Business and Administration
- Customer Service
- Team Leading
With the option of doing all. (Additional courses coming soon) on successful completion you will achieve and EDI (Educational development international) level 2 technical certificate.
These courses are fully funded to anyone who is age 19+ and unemployed.
We also provide a pickup/drop off service for anyone wishing to attend any of our courses.
