When a landowner is seeking to build an agricultural worker’s dwelling or one to accommodate a worker involved in another rural enterprise the need for a dwelling to serve the enterprise in question must be demonstrated to the Local Planning Authority and the need for the proposed dwelling must be justified in accordance with Government guidelines
Auctioneeting

We can provide you with a locum auctioneer in the event of illness and can provide an extra auctioneer to help out if you need more than are on your current staff.
