New Product Announcement ! After over two years of development our new general-purpose depth measurement standard no. 515 is now available for sale. The standard will enable surface measuring instruments to be calibrated for vertical magnification in accordance with ISO 5436-1, ISO 12179, and ISO 25178-700. The specimen consists of 6 grooves with depths ranging from 1 mm down to 1 um, all on a single block 40 mm x 30 mm x 9 mm.
