At Rotunda Living, we design and build Contemporary Roundhouses. Established in 2012, the Rotunda is an upgrade of the product seen on Dragons Den in 2011 - The O-Pod.
The Rotunda is the only prefabricated Round Building for sale in the UK, and is wonderful replacement for the conservatory, garden office, school classroom or other modular building.
We are an environmental company, driven by our desire for natural, holistic living and using the built environment to promote human well being.

Modular, Circular, Prefabricated Timber framed ECO-BUILDINGS - from the tiny 3.5m diameter garden office, to large commercial buildings >200m2

Delivered on a low loader or hi-ab, we supply the panels to site and our dedicated team of installers erect the building in less than 24 hours. The whole building is installed and connected to the mains electricity supply within 4 days of arrival on site and your building is ready to use immediately.

Our clients range from small business owners (usually creatives) wishing to use an office at home (in the garden) which enables the space and quiet to focus on their workload to 5* Hotels and woodland resorts looking for a quirky alternative to the log cabin. We have sold multiple units to schools (& nurseries) for use as classrooms and offices.
