Founded in 1946, we are an award winning Chartered Architects Practice registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects with extensive knowledge and a wide portfolio in all sectors including Health, Commercial and Education.
Services
All projects undertaken in the practice are overseen by one of the Directors who are fully involved in the design and production of the technical information process. We are an enthusiastic and dedicated team and work hard to promote this ethos with all involved from client to construction team.
We are able to adapt rapidly to anything required of us and we listen to our client's requiements so we can transform their aspirations into a successful and imaginative scheme. For a good design to work efficiently it is vital that the users feel connected to the design process, thereby ownership and identification helps build a sense of pride and social responsibility within the wider community.
We understand the importance of utilising modern materials and technologies, intergrating environmentally friendly design and researching and re-appraising design solutions to allow for future development, sustainability, adaptability and social/community interaction.

DONG Energy (Danish Oil & Natural Gas) - world leading provider of renewable energy including offshore wind farms. New Build - Office Building & Warehouse in Brightlingsea in Essex, Walney and West of Duddon Sands in Cumbria for maintenance, repair and administration of the wind turbines off the coast.
Anglia Ruskin University - New Build - Laparoscopy Training Centre at Colchester General Hospital - Lecture Theatre, Seminar Rooms, Mock Operating Theatre and Iceni Skills room for simulation of keyhole operations.
Colchester General Hospital - New Build - Medical decontamination unit - Sterilising surgical equipment, inspected and then re-packaged and returned to the hospital for re-use.
Colchester Sixth Form College - various projects ranging from extensions and alterations to new buildings and designs for funding applications e.g. Midsite, a stand alone building with 35 classrooms, refectory, sports hall, multigym, all weather sports pitch, new access roads.
Catholic Diocese of Brentwood - New builds and refurbishments of Catholic Schools including new build, large alterations and extensions.
