Company Information
PSS-Europe was established in 2001 by a group of senior consultants from a variety of backgrounds, including retail, finance, telecommunications and software development. The aim of PSS-Europe is to supply project management services to companies of all sizes.
The approach to the Project Management service is applied learning, taking a structured approach and applying learnings to produce deliverables that are fit for purpose. To ensure this approach is effectively applied at all times new consultants are selected by referral from existing consultants. This ensures that new consultants work is evaluated before joining PSS-Europe.
The first PSS-Europe engagement was with SITRA to support the development of the Responsa application. Over the course of the engagement PSS-Europe supplied project staff and in addition also supplied the chief operating officer for the Responsa project.
PSS-Europe consultants are now working in a number of different companies including major telcommunications operators, energy and utility and document storage.
