He is an associate member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is accredited by Building Research Establishment and STROMA to carry out Energy Assessments and renewable energy assessments. We offer Home Conditions Surveys for buyers, Energy Performance Certificates for all sales or rentals, Cavity Wall & Loft Insulations Surveys, Solar Panel Surveys, Snagging Reports for New Build Properties, Inventory Reports, Check In & Out Reports, Interim Reports and Vacant Property Reports for Landlords, We can also offer Tenant Referencing, Insurance and Property Management if required.Lastly we also offer Floor Plans and Property Photography. Whatever Inspection or Survey is required we can normally provide you with the service.
Qualifications
DipHI (Diploma in Home Inspection) Qualified & Accredited by STROMA to undertake Energy Performance Certificates and Renerwable Energy Surveys. Accredited by Building Research Establishment to undertake Home Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certifcates. AssocRICS (Associate Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). Qualified to undertake Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation Surveys.
