Progressive Wills Ltd was established by Gary Taylor LLB to provide legal services to the local community at an affordable price.

Gary qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and he practised as a full time Wills Trusts and Probate solicitor until 2013. He was the Wills Probate and Trusts partner at an established eight partner East Lancashire solicitors practice from 2008 until June 2013. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of estate planning, will writing and estate administration.

Although not a solicitors practice the work undertaken by Progressive Wills Ltd must comply with a strict code of practice laid down by the Institute of Professional Willwriters which serves to protect the interests of its clients. This Code of Practice is approved by the Office Of Fair Trading. In complying with the code of practice clients can be confident that they will receive a service which meets the highest professional standards. Further protection is afforded to clients as the company is required as a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance of at least £2,000,000 to cover and protect its clients.
