Upon booking an appointment with prestige plumbers, you will be given a morning or afternoon appointment time. Then, our highly skilled engineer shall give you a courtesy call when he is 30 minutes away from arrival. All of our engineers will arrive in a Prestige Plumbers sign - written van and shall be proudly wearing a Prestige Plumbers uniform. We do not sub-contract any work out to others, so you can have full trust that the operative working in your home has been fully vetted by Prestige Plumbers and Hampshire Trading Standards. An estimate of work required shall be given to all customers before any tasks are carried out, and of course you are under no obligation to go ahead with these works and no call out charges will be given.
