Prestige Apartments was set up in the spring of 2002 by founding directors Alexandra Wood and James Agace. The team has continued to expand to a team of 7 people and now includes booking, administration and accounts departments as well as guest services support. Our desire is to be one of the best serviced apartment providers in the UK marketplace with an in-depth knowledge, access to property and commitment to our clients which is second to none.

Alex has over 14 years of experience specialising in the short term sector of the letting industry whilst James, a Chartered Accountant, has a background of working both as serviced apartment provider and developer. The team has continued to expand and now includes a booking team, administration and accounts departments as well as guest services support.
