Our resin bound driveways consist of a gravel aggregate which has been coated in resin material. The material is selected after extensive research to ensure that it is compatible with sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), designed by the government to prevent flooding. Before installing the resin driveway, the base is prepared so that it also conforms with the SuDS guidelines. After it is installed, the driveway surface has a smooth texture, which enhances the appearance and adds value to the property.
The resin we use in our driveway installations is durable and resistant to ultra violet (UV) radiation. This ensures that it does not get discolored, degrade or become brittle over time under weather conditions. The surface is also slip resistant, so people can walk on it during heavy rainfall or snowfall, without worrying about slipping. Another major advantage of resin bound driveways is that they require very little maintenance and can be easily cleaned to remove leaves, twigs or other dirt.
