Solution Focused Hypnotherapy was formed in 2007 in Bristol and moved to Oxfordshire in 2012. It offers professional hypnotherapy, with complete confidentiality, to individuals who recognise that there are changes they want to make. Solution focused means that the focus is on the positive future changes and not dwelling on the past. Penny’s training has covered extensive education in neuroscience and how the brain works, and how it can effect not just our moods but also our bodies. She also provides stress management for employees in business, as well as solution focused problem solving.

Business Qualifications
Penelope Ling is a fully qualified experienced hypnotherapist. She was one of the first hypnotherapists to be awarded membership of the Complimentary Natural Healthcare Council CNHC(reg) - a government run self regulating council which only allows therapists who have completed exstensive training, undergo regular supervision and CPD.
She also has a BA(hons) from Oxford Brookes University,
HPD from the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy school and also CBT(hyp), SFBT(hyp)
She is a fully qualified supervisor and accredited by The National Council for hypnotherapy - SFBTSUP(hyp), AccSupHyp, MNCH(acc)
Accredited by the General Hypnotherapy register GQHP, GHR
Executive member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists - AfSFH(Exec),
Also member of the NHS complimentary therapist directory and the UKCHO.

Business Clients
The majority of people who come to see me are professional people who for whatever reason are stuck somewhere in their lives. Many come to overcome a fear, whether it's passing an exam, driving or standing up in sales meetings and talking freely. I also see those who wish to improve their sports performance, get motivated or get back riding after a fall for example.
I have also worked with HR departments helping their employees with stop smoking, motivation and problems which are holding them back in their work.
I am currently looking for opportunities to help students with exam nerves and jockies who need that extra focus to win.
