A Nutritional Therapy service providing a personalised service to clients. Run from a consultation room in my family home I am able to see clients out of normal business hours, if required.
I have a variety of clients from those wishing to lose weight to those looking to gain back the energy they used to have.
I am qualified to practice as a Nutritional Therapist and am a Member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). I also have a degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science from The University of Brighton and The University of Surrey (Roehampton). I am a registered Weight Loss and Detox Practitioner with Nutri Advanced.
Services
A one-to-one nutritional consultation for clients, evaluating their needs and the best way to help them with their goals.
I deal with weight loss, chronic fatigue, IBS, specialist diets, children's diets, reducing inflammation, reducing symptoms of bloating/constipation or diarrohea.
