NShape Fitness - Personal Training - Guildford
Nshape Fitness offers personal training sessions in a fully equipped gym and a large field at the sixth form centre at Christ's College, Guildford GU1 1JY.
Personal trainer Neil Liddiard is fully qualified and fully insured and registered to REPS (register of exercise professionals registration number: R0092099). Neil is also a professional Ice Hockey Player for the Guildford Flames Ice Hockey team at Guildford Spectrum. He has 22 Great Britain caps to his name.
Neil offers unique personally tailored programs made for you with your individual needs and requirements in mind. Whether its working one on one, in a group, or in one of our circuit training classes NShape can adapt to your personal needs. All ages and abilities are welcome.
One hour personal training session - £25
Bring a friend to train together and pay £35 (£17.50 each)
