Newseal is a specialist family run remedial company based in Truro Cornwall, dealing with damp proofing, timber treatment (woodworm & dry rot), cavity wall tie replacement, specialist crack repairs and the general preservation of buildings.
The company owner and director Mr Phil Bennetto has worked within the damp-proofing, water-proofing and timber decay business since 1987. Over the years of trading Newseal has built up a solid base of regular clients and have undertaken work for local councils, structural engineers, parish councils, landlords, large building contractors, architects, property developers and local housing associations.
Phil is a Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments-CSRT which is the professional qualification for surveyors developed by the industries governing body the Property Care Association- PCA.
